In March, we lost a very special member of our community. Jack Guthrie passed away at the age of 101. Jack had a love for Camp Lutherwood that was felt by all. He helped build the swimming pool, cabins, and our bridge. Jack and his late wife Elsa won the bid for the Christmas tree hunt for many years and brought their whole family, (4 generations!) out to camp. His fingerprints are all over camp and his legacy will last for generations. We are in discussion on how to properly honor his memory on camp property. More to come soon.
