ROBIN EISENBACH
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
We welcomed Robin as our new Executive Director in January 2025. With over 18 years of youth development experience and 16 years of nonprofit leadership, Robin’s passion for fostering growth, connection, and equity perfectly aligns with our mission.
Robin’s expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and experiential outdoor learning ensures an inspiring future for our camp community.

Daisy joined the Lutherwood team in December 2021. Her responsibilities include all things finance and HR. She is gaining more experience everyday and enjoys taking her dog, Tito (nicknamed Toast) for walks at camp.
TOM BREWER
SITE MANAGER
Tom joined the Lutherwood team in 2017. Tom manages everything about the site and facilities. He works closely with the weekly volunteers and other groups that come for workdays to help with projects. He is an experienced cabinet maker, woodworker, and he loves his sawmill at Lutherwood.
ELLIOTT PUST
FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
Elliott joined the Lutherwood team for the summers of 2022 and 2023 as the Assistant Chef. In February of 2024, she moved to the year-round Food Service Director position. Elliott continues to improve all things food, meals, and food service at Lutherwood. She loves making very delicious food for others.
HEIDI KNEBEL
OFFICE MANAGER
Heidi joined the team in December 2024 but first came to camp as a camper in the summer of 2011. Heidi records the donations, helps with the publications and communications, and is the registrar during the summer.
