Executive DirectorAndrea Scofield

Andrea Scofield, Executive Director of Camp Lutherwood Oregon, builds and creates opportunities for staff, guests, volunteers, and donors to interact with the ministry of Camp Lutherwood. Her leadership has created a sustainable program and organization that continues to provide an outdoor experience to all guests. Andrea’s vision for Lutherwood is to expand the capacity and potential of Lutherwood and deepen the relationship with churches and the community.

Director of Resource Development – Caitlin Elwood

Caitlin Elwood, Director of Resource Development, joined the team in August of 2013 after Lutherwood received a generous grant from The M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust. Her goals continue to be strengthening Camp Lutherwood Oregon’s annual fund by increasing donor participation while working closely with those who already have relationships with Lutherwood. She believes Lutherwood is a place of discovery, transformation and fun!

Kirsten Larsen, Outreach Coordinator and Program support, began working at camp in September 2016, after returning from her year serving in Hungary with Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM). Kirsten enjoys spreading the message of camp with churches and  looks forward to sharing camp with more people and organizations. Her goals are to bring more groups to camp, especially Outdoor Schools!

Maddie Bernard, Communication and Marketing Coordinator, joined the team in August 2016, after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University and serving as the media intern/photographer at camp for the past two summers. Maddie loves telling the story of camp through photos, videos, and writing. Her goals are to raise more awareness of camp, and show how Camp Lutherwood Oregon has a lasting impact on people’s lives.

Director of Facilities and Operations –     This could be you!

Camp Lutherwood Oregon is currently hiring a full-time, year-round Director of Facilities and Operations (DFO)! The primary role of the DFO is to provide daily leadership, project management, and coordination of the camp’s staff, volunteers, facilities, and equipment as it supports the overall mission and programs. Financial Administrator – Cindy Culpepper

Cindy Culpepper, Financial Advisor, started working at camp in 2008. She enjoys working with the year-round team, and handling camp’s finances.
